Guardian traces its origins back to 1962 when the Company was incorporated as GDN Management Limited. Our name changed in 1987 to Guardian Capital Inc, and in 2004 to Guardian Capital LP. Guardian Capital LP is wholly-owned by Guardian Capital Group Limited. The directors and senior portfolio managers (Managing Directors / Team Leaders), plus other insiders, own or control over 50% of the voting stock of Guardian Capital Group Limited.
