Wayne was born and raised in Norway House, Manitoba and has been married 20 years and has 3 children. In 1996-1999 he attended Red River College in Winnipeg, taking the Business Administration Course. Wayne returned to Norway House where he worked as Assistant Manager for Kinosao Sipi Business Development. On June 2000 he joined Keenanow Trust Secretariat as Assistant Manager, and on May 2002 was appointed to his current position as Manager.
