The scope of the project included:

• Renovation of its 442 guestrooms with individual balconies,
• Conversion of Vistas 360, formerly Vistas Revolving Restaurant and Bar, into full time function space. 
  17 42" LCD Flat screen with CCTV and comfort monitor mounted interior for video conferencing,
• New Club Lounge,
• New Suite 1901 created,
• New Hospitality Suite created,
• 24 Hour Health Club refreshed,
• Lobby level converted to include digital media panel, fire place, p2b bistro and bar,
• Wi-Fi throughout hotel,
• Green rooms rolled out,
• 4 Green Keys awarded.

This Renaissance is currently ranked #3 within Renaissance brand North America (80 Hotels)
in Event Satisfaction Survey.
