Mr. Hoffman is part owner and president of Hoffman & Associates ltd, which is a small company that provides appraisal, property management and advisory services to First Nations.
Mr. Hoffman graduated with a Diploma in Agriculture and a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture from the University of Manitoba. He is a Professional Agrologist and an accredited, practicing appraiser with the Appraisal Institute of Canada.
Mr. Hoffman has worked with First Nations in Saskatchewan and Manitoba in areas of land acquisition, reserve creation, property management, taxation and land designations. He has assisted First Nations in land claim research studies and completed reports for land claim negotiations.
