Scott Hamilton graduated from Lakehead University, in Thunder Bay, Ontario in 1974 with Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Education degrees. He joined Royal Trust in 1976 as a Trust Officer trainee becoming a Senior Trust Officer/Trust Department Manager in 1984. Scott now has accumulated 29 years of widely varied experience in many different roles as a Senior Trust Officer in Thunder Bay, Winnipeg, and Calgary serving national and international clients up to the year 2000. At that time Scott returned to Winnipeg to be part of a group dedicated exclusively to serving Aboriginal clients. Scott joined TD Waterhouse in early 2006 to help manage and build relationships with FN clients. Over the past 7 years Scott provided service to some 20 First Nation clients from coast to coast in Canada. Over the years Scott has taken a number of in-house and external training courses including the Canadian Securities course. Scott has received a Registered Financial Planning designation as well. He prides himself on an absolute focus on his clients.
